4.0 Conduct of Examinations
This section details the procedures and policies governing the preparation, scheduling, and administration of examinations.
4.1 Preparation of Examinations
- Examination Rooms: Must be arranged to ensure proper spacing and supervision.
- Question Papers: Prepared by course tutors, submitted in advance, and kept confidential.
- Eligibility: Students must meet attendance and registration requirements to sit for exams.
- Pre-Exam Requirements: Continuous assessment scores must be published before exams.
- Exam Dates: Scheduled according to the academic calendar and approved by the Academic Board.
4.2 Examination Rules & Regulations
- Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.
