1.1 Brief History
Established in 1991 by the Jigawa State Government, the Polytechnic began as Jigawa State Polytechnic with four colleges across the state. It was renamed Hussaini Adamu Polytechnic in honor of the late Emir of Kazaure and federalized in 2007. It now operates under the Federal Polytechnic (Amendment) Act, 2019.
1.2 Mandate, Mission, and Vision
